Omneport works simply, effectively and securely.
You need first to obtain an Omneport account through an Authorised Distributor (typically a travel agency). Then you upload copies of documents to your account on the secure Omneport computers.
You can store items in two different ways, depending on whether you need simply to look them up or you need to work on them.
Wherever you are in the world, you can log on securely, from any computer with an internet connection, using state-of-the-art password technology.
When you open an item, you can read it and print it off or you can download a copy and work on it. Once you have logged off, all the information is back in your personal Omneport safe-box. (Please note: if you have downloaded an item, then to maintain security you must destroy the temporary copy before logging off. This prevents a copy being left on the local computer.)
You can also ‘share’ documents with others, granting access on a document-by-document basis. All they need is an Omneport account of their own; all you need is their username. And you can impose a time limit on the accessibility. This means you can share business documents with colleagues, details of meetings, itineraries etc. with your secretary, and personal papers with your spouse. The flexibility is unlimited, and the choice is yours.
